Vedic Meditation has shifted my mind from a state of constant noise to one of deep, centered stillness.​

Hello!

I'm Kate, a Sydney-based Vedic meditation teacher, a Mum to two wonderful humans, a wife to the worlds most patient hubby and a marketing exec. 

​

Vedic Meditation has had a large impact on my life. So much so that I decided to become a teacher and share its transformative power with others.

​

For over a decade, I tried various meditation apps, attended mindfulness classes, all in an effort to find a semblance of peace and stillness. However, my overactive ADHD mind struggled to settle and I became increasingly frustrated with being unable to stick with a practice long-term.

 

I was a people pleaser, over analysed anything and everything, was constantly tired (regardless of how much sleep I got), felt overwhelmed by even the smallest of things and rarely had a gap between a thought and how I would respond. My mind was noisy, like really noisy. AlI the time. I felt unsettled, like something was missing.

​Enter Vedic Meditation.​​

Some benefits were noticeable right away, while others unfolded gradually.
 

I began observing my thoughts instead of being overwhelmed by them. I became more present, anchoring less to past hurts, future unknowns. My thoughts had a cohesion and sharpness that they never had before. I felt significantly more grounded and authentically me. My mind felt centred and it became quiet. Pin needle falling on the ground quiet.
